The following charges were listed in the Putnam Police Department logs.  The people charged are innocent until proven guilty in court. The Town Crier will publish dispositions of cases at the request of the accused. The dispositions must be accompanied by the proper documentation. Robert O’ Connor, 21, Railroad Street, Putnam; sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 21
April Samokar, 36, Golden Street, Plainfield; failure to respond, operating unregistered motor  vehicle, operating under suspension, operating without insurance.
Feb. 22
Deirdre Brennan, 49, Mechanic Street, Putnam; second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct.
Ronald Luscavage, 43, Gristmill Road, E. Haddam; tampering with a witness, interfering with police, violation of a restraining order.

Ryan Robbins, 33, Richmond Road, Putnam; two counts of first-degree failure to appear, three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
