NOTICE OF MEETING
Date: September 28, 2021
Time: 5:00 PM
The sole purpose of this meeting will be for the hearing of appeals to assessments of motor vehicles on the Grand List of October 1, 2020. All persons claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the Assessor, with respect to motor vehicle assessments, are hereby warned to make their appeal at the above listed place and time, via joining the video meeting or calling in.
In person meeting will be held at the new Municipal Complex.
Also, for your convenience we will be holding the meeting via Zoom. Information as follows:

The following AMENDED ORDINANCE was approved at the Special Town Meeting held on September 7, 2021, and shall become effective twenty-one (21) days after date of publication.

ORDINANCE-AMENDMENT
REHABILITATION AREA PROGRAM ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED, By the Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam that the Town ordinance regarding the Rehabilitation Area Program as adopted February 4, 2002, is hereby amended by the deletion of the list of properties set forth on Exhibit A attached to the ordinance and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
“All of those pieces or parcels of real property located within the territorial limits of the City of Putnam, as heretofore constituted, also known as the Putnam Special Services District.”
