The Northeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce, which serves businesses in the 23 towns of the greater Windham County region, recently elected officers and directors. Sheila Frost, owner of The Courthouse Bar & Grille, was elected president. Other officers: First VP James Zahansky of Weiss, Hale & Zahansky-Strategic Wealth Advisors; Second VP Joseph Carlone Jr. of Linemaster Switch Corporation; Treasurer Donna Copeland of D.H. Copeland Builders, Inc.; and Secretary Jo-Ann Chenail of TEEG. Three new members of the Board of Directors include: Attorney Stephen Adams of the Law Office of Stephen J.
