Legal Notice - Town of Pomfret
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for the following will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 until 11:00 AM, Local Prevailing Time, on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
A Wacker Neuson Radial Lift Track Loader equipped with 74 hp turbo-charged tier 4 engine, mechanical hand-foot and selectable EH controls, lift height in excess of 119”, track-on-ground of 57.2”, and available speed of 10 mph. Must include warranty.
Instructions to Bidders and Bid Requirements are available at the Pomfret Town Hall, Selectmen’s Office, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259.
No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. The Town of Pomfret reserves the right to waive all formalities or to reject any or all Bids.
