Interact Helping
Aug. 19 the Putnam Rotary’s Interact Club members began their day helping TEEG set up its backpack distribution. The distribution served 165 children and 75 families. Taking part were: Sofia Thurber, Serena Smith, Melanie Noonan, Jordyn Butler, Eric Levesque, Matthew Chase, Kaylee Beck, Ava Converse, Ava Hovestadt and co-advisor Woody Durst. The Interact club’s first meeting this school year will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 12 held at the Putnam Public Library. We are a regional club so students from the local schools ages 12 - 18 are welcome.
