On October 22, 2023, Ryan Brais, ZEO and Asst. Town Planner for the Pomfret Planning & Zoning Commission, took the following legal action:

1. Jacob Schneider, 76 Deerfield Road, installation and wiring of a ground-mounted 22.100kW grid tied solar PV system consisting of (52) SunPower SPR-M425-H-AC modules and inverters.  JURISISICTIONAL RULING APPROVED:  with conditions.
