PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Pomfret Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the following Public Hearing at its  regular meeting on January 18, 2024, starting at 7:00 PM at the Community Center:

1. Jessica Gervais-ToolsNGirls for Patricia Robb, 740 Wrights Crossing Road, request for variance of Section 12.19.3.4 of the regulations due to the lot being only 1 acre and wishing to place an ADU on the lot.  The detached ADU would sit on a 400 sq. ft. concrete slab.

A copy of this application is on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, 5 Haven Road, Pomfret Center, Connecticut. The file is available for review during normal business hours.
