Appeal # 2010-01: Smith Brothers Tube & Tire — Appeal from the Decision of the Zoning Agent and the Zoning Commission dated December 16, 2009, conditioning the issuance of a Building Permit for a new sign to be placed at 169 Providence Pike, Town Assessors Map 103, Lot 50, Zoned C-4. APPROVE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT WITH MODIFICATIONS.
