PUTNAM — Sandra Lisee was named Putnam Bank’s Employee of the Month for August 2019. Lisee has been with the bank since March 1997, and currently serves as a staff accountant.
She said: “It is such an honor to be selected to receive the employee of the month award. It is rewarding to work for a company that recognizes and honors the contributions of its employee. Community banking at its best, and together we really do make a difference.”
Over the last 22 years at Putnam Bank she has participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, the March of Dimes March for Babies, and Habitat for Humanity Build Days and Family Selection Committee. She recently took part in the Walk & Race for NECT Cancer Fund, and is looking forward to participating in the Northeast Opportunities for Wellness Lap the Lake and the Beat Breast Cancer 5K Run & Walk. Lisee has also volunteered for her church for the last 35 years. She is involved with the bank’s Employee Giving Program, and the Putnam Bank Pep Squad. She enjoys kayaking and spending time in Vermont with her husband as well as quilting, hiking, gardening, and reading.
“Sandra is a valuable team member. She is dependable, cheerful and competent, which makes her deserving of this recognition,” said Thomas A. Borner, president and CEO of Putnam Bank.
