KILLINGLY — A Killingly man was taken into custody July 31 by the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force.
Joey Wheaton, 34, of 10 Prospect Ave., was charged with three counts of violation of probation and one count of second-degree failure to appear.
Trooper said they were conducting surveillance of Prospect Avenue and became suspicious of a male that was possibly hiding out at 10 Prospect Ave., Apartment C. A warrant check showed Wheaton had four active warrants for his arrest from various parts of the state.
