Grandmaster Mike Bogdanski and Master Kristin Duethorn announce the promotion of two master instructors at Quest Martial Arts in Putnam. Master Judy Cote was promoted to fifth-degree Black belt and Master Tami Hopkins was promoted to 4th degree Black Belt. Both Black belts have been part of the martial arts school for several decades.
