Putnam
Town of Putnam — While many of the Town’s essential services will continue uninterrupted, other offices will have limited in-person availability. The Water Pollution Control Authority will continue providing safe drinking water to all served residents. There will be no water shut-offs during this time. The Town Hall will be closed to everyone except employees for the foreseeable future. Town Clerk office will waive the credit card processing fee for vital requests. The Highway Department has suspended accepting any waste drop-offs, including mattresses, until further notice. The Library is closed, with potential future provisions for outside pick-up. IHSP Daily Bread Food Pantry — reopen March 20 with a modified food distribution. Call ahead for appointment or if you are in need of emergency supplies: 860-928-0169. N2U Clothing Closet closed until further notice. Community Kitchen Tuesdays closed until further notice.
Community Café — Friday lunch at the Living Faith United Methodist Church closed for the month.
Woodstock
Town Hall — The Woodstock Town Hall will have limited access. Visitors are asked to buzz in at the front door. If you’re conducting business, please do it via email or phone. Permits, applications, and other information can be accessed online. http://www.woodstockct.gov/
Woodstock Public Schools — closed. Will be reevaluated after 2 weeks.
Woodstock Academy: The Woodstock Academy shifted to eLearning. All school activities have been suspended. Pomfret
Pomfret Town Hall --- limited access until April 20, then re-evaluated. Conduct business there, via email and/or phone calls whenever possible.  Most information, permits and applications can be accessed thru the town web page at www.pomfretct.gov, snail-mailed or emailed. Call ahead, using department contacts in website, if your business absolutely requires you to go to the town Hall.
Pomfret Community School — closed through March 31.
Rectory School — beginning March 30th Elementary and Middle School will participate in distant learning programs indefinitely - no return date scheduled.
Pomfret School — closed - distant learning beginning April 2nd
Pomfret Senior Center — closed through April 7.
Pomfret Public Library — closed until March 31. There will be a “free library” on the front steps with books and DVDs for patrons to share.
Audubon Society — The Connecticut Audubon Society at Pomfret has closed the center’s building and all indoor programs through March 31 are cancelled. Outdoor walks and programs will continue, and all Connecticut Audubon sanctuaries will remain open for hiking. Eastford

Eastford Elementary — closed through March 31.
Eastford library — closed through March 25. The decision to reopen will be determined weekly. The Librarian will be available via telephone (860-974-0125) to fill request for the circulation of books. Please use the drop off box to return books.
