Good citizenship
PUTNAM — As part of Cub Scout Pack 21’s Good Citizenship principle and the pack’s celebration of America’s 250 birthday of the Declaration of Independence, Putnam selectman Mike Bogdanski gave a talk about good citizenship at a recent pack meeting and VFW Post 1523 Commander and Scout Leader Hans Lowell taught the Cub Scouts how to properly fold an American flag.
