Putnam High School senior girls basketball player Katelyn Tarr has decided to attend Rhode Island College in the Fall of 2010. Katelyn led the Clippers to a 15-8 record and to the ECC small division title. She has scored 1270 points during her high school career and recently has been named to the Norwich Bulletin all-star team and third team New Haven Register team(which included all divisons in the state of ct) . She will major in Elementary Education and play for coach Marcus Reilly at R. I. C.
